TME17 in the Tanzania 2001 report is just said 'Huti'. The term 'RB' was probably added later when ITC1559 is introduced. It is also a 'Huti' but with a green male bud then the surname 'Huti green bell'. So I assume that RB stands for Red Bell. Then 'Huti red bell' would be more explicit for this accession
